Imagine Jesse, aged and wise,
Before amazed and brand new eyes.

To behave this time, in the festival’s light.

Alive and well, or so they said,
A man named Dalton, once thought dead.
At one-oh-one, did he still roam,
And now he wants to share the road?
Had Mr. Howard lived through time,
A centenarian’s wish to cross the line.

A festival was planned with care,
A reenactment to declare.
The town prepared to play their part,
To reenact this famous art.
